Boys Basketball
Grades 5–8
Students in grades 5–8 can sign up for boys basketball and participate in practices, games, and team activities during the season.
Girls Basketball
Grades 5–8
Students in grades 5–8 can sign up for girls basketball and join a team focused on skill development, competition, and teamwork.
Cheer Team
Grades 4–8
Students in grades 4–8 can sign up for cheer and take part in school-spirit activities, performances, and team events.

Before You Participate
Families should review and complete all required athletic forms before a student begins practices or competition. Requirements may include acknowledgment of athletic policies, a participation agreement, and a current physical form.

Review important expectations, policies, procedures, and responsibilities for student-athletes and their families.
Athletic Participation Agreement
Complete the required participation agreement before your student takes part in school athletics.
EL2 Physical Form
Student-athletes may be required to have a current FHSAA EL2 Preparticipation Physical Evaluation form completed before participation.
Important: Families should confirm with the coach or school that all required forms and eligibility requirements have been completed before the student participates in practices or competition.
Athletic Dues
Pay Athletic Fees Online
Families can pay applicable athletic dues and participation fees through the DAS online payment portal. The portal provides a convenient way to complete required payments for current athletic programs and helps families keep fees organized in one place.
